He went on to establish his own framing company and has spent much of his career managing high-end custom homes. His background includes framing, roofing, siding, structural construction, and commercial projects.

A member of Bandi Builders for more than 10 years, Alex brings extensive field experience and a hands-on understanding of the construction process to every project. He believes in leading by example, maintaining open communication, and holding himself and his team accountable. He takes particular pride in working with homeowners, subcontractors, and craftsmen to solve problems, maintain quality, and see each project through to completion.

A longtime Northern Michigan resident, Alex enjoys hiking, backpacking, fishing, and traveling with his wife, Laurie. He is also a certified volunteer firefighter and serves on his county’s Search and Rescue team. His commitment to his community reflects the same sense of responsibility he brings to his work.

Jeff Bragg, project manager at Bandi Builders

Jeff Bragg

Project Manager

Jeff Bragg brings more than 35 years of construction experience to Bandi Builders, combining a background in architectural design, hands-on craftsmanship, and business ownership with a thoughtful, client-focused approach to project management.

Jeff began his construction career in Northern Michigan in 1989 before pursuing a degree in Architectural Drafting. He later founded Bragg Carpentry and Home Design in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he specialized in renovating established homes, creating modern living spaces while preserving their original architectural character. This combination of design knowledge and practical construction experience gives Jeff a comprehensive understanding of the building process, from initial concept through completion.

Since joining Bandi Builders in 2017, Jeff has managed sophisticated custom homes and major renovations, including projects requiring exceptional coordination, technical expertise, and attention to detail. His management philosophy centers on anticipating challenges, communicating clearly, and surrounding each project with talented professionals who are trusted to do their best work.

Above all, Jeff believes successful project management is about understanding the homeowner’s vision and protecting their interests throughout construction. He takes pride in guiding clients through important decisions, balancing craftsmanship with budgets and schedules, and making the building experience as enjoyable and rewarding as the finished home itself.

Raised in Northern Michigan, Jeff returned to the area with his wife and two children after spending several years in Ohio. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing on Lake Charlevoix, kayaking, spending time with his family, and exploring Northern Michigan’s scenic roads on his motorcycle. An adventurer at heart, Jeff also participated in a remarkable cave rescue in Kentucky, helping bring 23 people to safety on Christmas Day in 2003.
