The initial meeting is all about getting to know you, what you’re family needs, and what you’re expectations are. We talk things through and listen to what’s important… Things like whether you have young children, or aging parents? Do you love to entertain at home? Do you plan on retiring in this home? Etc…

We like to make a ‘wish list’ and identify which items most important, as well as which are most feasible. We discuss any constraints, topography of the building site, or any other potential hurdles that may exist for the project.

Once we’re all on the same page, and we fully understand your vision, we start to go over plans and either work with an architect or look over plans you’ve already acquired.

Usually we need to do some preliminary design work to provide an accurate cost estimate. Our process allows for flexibility as we go through both the design and estimating simultaneously.

We help you make these important initial decisions, working with the architect to develop floor plans and elevations, and make any necessary adjustments. You wont have to stress about engineering/land surveying services, permitting and zoning issues. We take care of all of that.

Once a final set of detailed construction plans is completed, and a detailed proposal is approved we break ground.

After finalizing the plans, and permits are in hand, construction begins. Its an exciting time and we understand you’ll want to be involved throughout the entire construction process. We will keep you updated as progress is made and make sure everything meets your expectations. You can get to know our entire team, and everyone from our office personnel, job site foremen and crew, will always be available to answer questions and address your concerns as they arise. As you start to see your home come to life, finishing decisions become reality, and the spaces start to feel like your’s we continue to communicate with you to handle any issues that may come up.
