I’ve been with Brett for about six years. In that time I’ve gotten to know him as not just an employer but a friend. Brett is very analytical, not impulsive, I’ve never seen the man mad. There are no problems only solutions, if there are issues we find the best fix and move on.

Most important is the level by which Brett cares about his guys, projects, and customers. He truly cares. He’s come to see my kids in the hospital, he calls to just check on me when he thinks the stress is getting out of hand. I can’t say enough good about him.

Everyone is paid rapidly, never once has there been a day of no work. The on-site atmosphere makes it rather enjoyable to be here every day.
