About Bandi Builders
Built on Hard Work.
Founded in 2000, Bandi Builders is a full-service Northern Michigan construction company based in Harbor Springs. Today our team of about 40 manages some of the region’s largest and most complex custom homes and renovations.
The principles behind the company have remained remarkably simple:
- Work hard.
- Be productive.
- Do things correctly.
- Treat people well.
- Respect the client’s money.
- Solve problems instead of making excuses.
- Stand behind the work.
A Long-Term Company
Bandi Builders has been built deliberately for stability.
The objective has never been growth simply for the sake of becoming bigger. It has been to build a sustainable company with talented people, strong systems and long-term relationships.
We want Bandi Builders to be here for generations—just like the homes we build.
Our People
Bandi Builders is led by founder and president Brett Bandi and a team of experienced project managers who oversee every project from start to finish.
What Matters Most
Brett’s goal for Bandi Builders is not to be known as the biggest builder or the most expensive builder. It is to be known for:
- Exceptional quality
- Great people
- Professionalism
- Transparency
- Flexibility
- Respect
- Financial responsibility
- Long-term relationships
- Humility
Quality without arrogance. Professionalism without pretense.
Our work has been featured in Northern Home & Cottage, Northern Michigan HomeLife and Traverse Magazine. See the features ➝
