My wife and I recently had Brett Bandi build a home for us. When we first interviewed Brett, we were impressed with his desire to build for us exactly the house we wanted. He allowed us to design the floor plan, suggesting structural and aesthetic changes as we went along. As the project progressed, Brett remained loyal to his quote.

He took total control of the project and was directly involved, making sure materials and sub-contractors were there on time. The workers and sub-contractors were also all top notch. They were hard-working, competent and friendly. I was constantly impressed with their focus on getting the job done right.

We love the quality of work. It seems to me that whenever Brett had the option of taking the “Quality High Road” or the “Quality Low Road” he took the high road. He even suggested quality revisions that he didn’t have to; changes that cost him money. Much to his credit, he takes personal pride in the work he does. He builds as if every project is his next, best advertisement. It’s hard to beat that level of commitment.
