Lake Michigan Renovation

We highly recommend Bandi Builders for your next building or remodeling project. This renovation was the largest project we’ve ever done, and Brett Bandi made it the easiest we’ve ever done.

We purchased a home on Lake Micigan in Mackinaw City, in September 2007. Our immediate need was to add a master bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room, along with a total renovation to the existing home. We interviewed several contractors and builders in Mackinaw City. Our greatest concern would be our ability to travel to the area to oversee the project. We live in St. Charles, Missouri, about 700 miles away. We had a very strict deadline and budget.

As it turned out, working with Brett was better than we expected. Brett oversaw the project as if we were there ourselves. There was no need to travel back and forth. We met with Brett initially to review the project, discussed ideas and costs and Brett made it happen.

The end results are wonderful!
