Harbor Springs Renovation Est. 1926

Bandi Builders just completed a magnificent renovation, reclamation, and addition to our 1926-year-old log and stone house. Transparency was never an issue. At the beginning of the process, we were handed a book with all the estimates from their subcontractors which they based their overall bid on. Working closely with their project manager, we were able to troubleshoot unexpected problems to save time and money. Most importantly, most importantly, our new home exceeded our expectations many times over. I only have praise for the team and the great energy and skill they all brought to the project.
