Mackinaw City Major Renovation

We purchased our home in Mackinaw City with the intention of hiring a builder for a major renovation. Our realtor provided us with a list of builders and contractors in the Mackinaw area she felt would do a good job on such a complicated project. The short list included Bandi Builders.

The project included gutting the entire house, including the kitchen, bathrooms and all interior finishes, including the entire plumbing and electrical systems. Overall, we converted the four bedroom, three bathroom house into a home with three bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom, and added a half bathroom. We also now have a brand new, beautiful, custom built kitchen.

Brett Bandi did a great job throughout the entire project. The communications were excellent. In the planning stages, he identified all the steps needed to complete the project and provided detailed bids for each component. When the project was completed, his projections for costs and timelines were very accurate.

We are very pleased with the final product – our remodeled home. We are also very pleased we selected Bandi Builders for the project. For future projects we wil select Brett again and recommend him to others.
